Matt - Founder

Matt has been immersed in health and fitness since leaving school in 2010, bringing with him a background in competitive rugby league and a deep passion for team culture. What started as a small vision in 2015, to create a training environment that felt supportive, inclusive and community-driven has now evolved into MGF Health Hub.


For Matt, coaching is about more than the physical transformation. It’s about the confidence people build, the mindset shifts, and the sense of belonging that comes from being part of something bigger. MGF was created to be that place, a hub where everyday people can train hard, feel supported and be proud of their progress.


Whether you’re new to fitness, returning after time away, or simply looking for a community that genuinely cares, Matt’s mission is simple: to help you feel better, move better and live better, with a team and environment that lifts you up every step of the way.

Archie - Senior Coach

Archie is a fully qualified coach with a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Coaching (Strength & Conditioning) from ACPE. With experience coaching everyone from elite athletes to everyday members, he brings a strong technical foundation and a calm, supportive coaching style to every session.


In 2025, Archie expanded his skillset by completing his Reformer Pilates qualifications, making him a truly versatile coach who can guide members through both strength-based and movement-focused modalities, perfectly aligned with the MGF training philosophy.


Growing up playing a range of sports, fitness has always been central to Archie’s life. What began through football strength programs evolved into a hybrid training approach blending weight training and conditioning.


Laid-back, easy to connect with and passionate about helping people achieve more than they thought possible, Archie’s mission is simple: help you train smarter, move better and build confidence every time you walk into the hub.

Olivia - Reformer Pilates Instructor

Olivia brings high energy, precision and a genuine love for movement to every Reformer Pilates class she teaches. Currently studying a Bachelor of Sports Science, she blends strong foundational knowledge with an engaging, uplifting coaching style that makes every session feel fun, challenging and empowering.

Passionate about health, movement and helping people feel better in their bodies, Olivia creates an environment where members feel supported, encouraged and confident to push themselves. Her enthusiasm is infectious, and her commitment to community makes her a natural fit within the MGF team.

Whether you’re new to Reformer or looking to take your training to the next level, Olivia will guide you with a smile, great energy and a focus on helping you move well.

Shona - Coach

Shona is the Head of Strength and Conditioning at My Good Feeling. With 12 years of experience in strength and conditioning, including work with athletes, juniors, and group training, Shona can be found coaching, training alongside members, or preparing for her NBL1 basketball season.


No matter the individual—everyday gym-goer, parent, corporate worker, or elite athlete—everyone has a "why." It’s the reason they show up, and it deserves respect and support.


Shona’s coaching philosophy focuses on empowerment, ensuring each person feels guided and supported, whether they are chasing a goal, recovering from injury, or improving overall fitness—always recognising that they are more than just their goals.


She looks forward to training with members, challenging them, and fostering a supportive space.

 Kaylee is a certified sports nutritionist and personal trainer with a strong passion for strength training, physique development and the powerful role nutrition plays in creating long-term health. With experience working across a wide range of clients and goals, she focuses on helping people build a healthier relationship with their body, their food and their training.


What sets Kaylee apart is her approachable, supportive nature. She genuinely cares about the people she works with and takes the time to understand each member’s journey. Her coaching style reflects the core of who we are at MGF — a combination of high-level guidance, genuine accountability and a community-first approach.
