Strength and Conditioning

Our Strength & Conditioning sessions combine structured resistance training with conditioning work to help you move better, perform better, and feel stronger. Inside and outside the gym.

Scalable for all levels, with clear progressions from beginner to advanced so you can train with confidence and keep improving.

Hybrid

 A dynamic mix of strength, control and core-focused movement. Our Reformer Pilates sessions blend athletic flow, mobility and conditioning to help you move better, feel stronger and support your overall training.  A dynamic mix of strength, control and core-focused movement. Team Throwdown

 Team Throwdown is our elevated partner workout blending cardio, high-rep conditioning and hybrid strength. Designed to challenge you together, build connection and deliver the signature MGF community energy you can’t get training alone. 

Run Club

Meeting every Thursday, a run program for all levels designed to build pace, endurance and running confidence.

530am - Beginner & Elite

6am - Intermediate & Elite continued. 


 Expect great community energy and consistent progress + a delicious coffee on us afterwards. 

Beers & Barbells

Our trademark Friday night event. 

Unofficially every Friday night, but officially held on the last Friday of every month. Get together with your mates and throw around some weights for an hour, followed by a couple of beverages of your choice in the club upstairs. 


A staple on the MGF calendar & a must attend session for anyone joining the MGF community.

MEET THE TEAM

Matt - Founder

Matt has been immersed in health and fitness since leaving school in 2010, bringing with him a background in competitive rugby league and a deep passion for team culture. What started as a small vision in 2015, to create a training environment that felt supportive, inclusive and community-driven has now evolved into MGF Health Hub.


For Matt, coaching is about more than the physical transformation. It’s about the confidence people build, the mindset shifts, and the sense of belonging that comes from being part of something bigger. MGF was created to be that place, a hub where everyday people can train hard, feel supported and be proud of their progress.


Whether you’re new to fitness, returning after time away, or simply looking for a community that genuinely cares, Matt’s mission is simple: to help you feel better, move better and live better, with a team and environment that lifts you up every step of the way.

Archie - Senior Coach

Archie is a fully qualified coach with a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Coaching (Strength & Conditioning) from ACPE. With experience coaching everyone from elite athletes to everyday members, he brings a strong technical foundation and a calm, supportive coaching style to every session.


In 2025, Archie expanded his skillset by completing his Reformer Pilates qualifications, making him a truly versatile coach who can guide members through both strength-based and movement-focused modalities, perfectly aligned with the MGF training philosophy.


Growing up playing a range of sports, fitness has always been central to Archie’s life. What began through football strength programs evolved into a hybrid training approach blending weight training and conditioning.


Laid-back, easy to connect with and passionate about helping people achieve more than they thought possible, Archie’s mission is simple: help you train smarter, move better and build confidence every time you walk into the hub.

Coach Kaylee Smith of My Good Feeling Gym in Peakhurst

Kaylee - Coach & Nutritionist

 Kaylee is a certified sports nutritionist and personal trainer with a strong passion for strength training, physique development and the powerful role nutrition plays in creating long-term health. With experience working across a wide range of clients and goals, she focuses on helping people build a healthier relationship with their body, their food and their training.


What sets Kaylee apart is her approachable, supportive nature. She genuinely cares about the people she works with and takes the time to understand each member’s journey. Her coaching style reflects the core of who we are at MGF — a combination of high-level guidance, genuine accountability and a community-first approach.


Whether you're aiming to move better, feel stronger or create more balance in your lifestyle, Kaylee’s mission is simple: help you become the best version of yourself through sustainable habits, smart training and a positive, empowered mindset.
