With that, we introduce to you MGF Reformer. MGF Reformer is nothing like you have seen before. It's not just another boring (but hard) pilates class, it takes things to a whole new level, ensuring you that all round whole body burn, while ensuring you get your heart rate up, an endorphin release you just can't get in a "Traditional" style class & leaves you with that feeling of an accomplished workout.
We target Mobility & stability while also ensuring you walk out with a guaranteed good feeling & whole body burn. Our reformer equipment, along with our expert instructors (all who have to pass the MGF Reformer Academy program before teaching) provides a low-impact, full-body workout that will improve your posture, build your strength & ensure you leave with a bit of a sweat.

Our Base Reformer Pilates class offers a strong foundation in traditional Reformer Pilates, with a focus on control, alignment, and core strength. This class is perfect for those new to Reformer Pilates or anyone looking to refine their form, reconnect with core principles, and move with intention. All levels are welcome, especially beginners or those returning to movement after time off.
This is Reformer Pilates... reimagined. Our Reformer Pilates Circuit class combines the precision of Pilates with the energy and intensity of a HIIT-style circuit. Expect a faster-paced, station-based format that moves between reformer exercises in timed intervals, a mix of core-focused, strength-building, and dynamic movements, and short rest periods to keep your heart rate elevated.
This high-energy class blends the low-impact cardio benefits of the Jumpboard with the strength and control of Reformer Pilates, all delivered in a circuit format. Expect a full-body workout that includes timed stations using the Reformer and Jumpboard, a mix of explosive jumping sequences and dynamic Pilates movements, and a focus on power, stability, and core control.
A slower, more restorative take on traditional Reformer Pilates. Our Release Reformer class focuses on gentle movement, deep stretching, and longer holds, helping you improve flexibility, mobility, and overall body awareness. Expect foundational Pilates movements with a focus on control and alignment, extended stretches and holds to release tension, and a calm, supportive pace designed to help you reconnect with your body.
Experience the power of precision with Traditional Reformer Pilates. A classical, equipment-based practice that stays true to the original method developed by Joseph Pilates. Using a Reformer machine with spring-based resistance, this full-body workout focuses on controlled movement, core strength, and postural alignment.
