Movement with support, care and purpose

  

Strength & Movement is our supportive coaching program designed for NDIS participants and individuals living with disability who want to build confidence, improve movement and enjoy the benefits of structured physical activity.


Our goal is to create a safe, welcoming and empowering environment where every participant feels supported, capable and included.

Who it’s for

  

This program is designed for individuals who may benefit from guided movement support to help improve:

We understand that every participant is different, which is why we focus on a supportive and individualised approach within a positive coaching environment.

What sessions may include

  

Depending on the participant’s needs, sessions may include:


  • Guided movement exercises
  • Strength-based activities
  • Coordination and balance work
  • Confidence-building through routine and achievement
  • Supportive coach interaction in a welcoming environment
